- The database is not a recruiting tool, simply a compilation of historical event data;
- Additions or corrections may be fielded from the general public, but all data will be approved by school officials;
- The names of competitors will not be sold or compiled in any other way than to display historical athletic results/honors;
- The names and contact information of school officials compiled will not be sold; Any contact information accumulated is for the sole purpose of obtaining and confirming data from its original source; and
- Data accumulated is in accordance with the Federal Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
