The Athletics Department is a sports information resource with team alignments, mascots, school directories. It will soon debut postseason results and honor teams (all-state, all-district, etc).

Basic school information, player’s honors, playoff history and playoff schedules are scattered all over the internet in various stages. The Athletics Department not only strives to be a complete resource of this information, but also a user-friendly resource. By storing the information in a relational database, The Athletics Department should make it easier and faster to answer the burning questions as “When was the last time?” and “How many times?”

The Athletics Department hopes to serve Texas schools just as a
college sports information director would do with names, honors and playoff data available at your fingertips. This resource should make promoting and covering high school athletics easier.
